The Reset is designed to provide personalized coaching and accountability from start to finish. Throughout the challenge, you'll complete three scheduled Strategy Sessions, receive two accountability check-ins, and follow a personalized Conquer Action Plan built specifically for your goals.
Strategy Sessions are by appointment only. They are not walk-in services. Each participant is responsible for attending their scheduled appointments, and your next Strategy Session will be scheduled before you leave the current one.
Our goal is to provide every participant with dedicated one-on-one time to review progress, answer questions, and adjust your plan throughout the challenge.

A Strategy Session is a scheduled one-on-one coaching appointment with a Conquer Nutrition Coach.

1 point for every 0.1 lb lost
Body Fat Percentage Improvement
2 points for every 0.1% decrease
Only positive improvements earn points. Negative results lose points.
