If you’re serious about improving your health this year, The Committed was built for you.

This is a 12-week transformation program designed to help participants build real momentum through accountability, measurable progress, and advanced body composition tracking.

Participants will receive bi-weekly body composition scans using our new professional system:

InBody 380 Body Composition Analyzer
InBody Touch Results Station
InGrip Grip Strength Analyzer

Together, this nearly $20,000 body analysis system provides one of the most advanced fitness assessments available outside of a clinical setting.

Each scan includes an in-depth walkthrough, helping you understand exactly what your numbers mean and how to improve them.

Participants will also gain access to the InBody mobile app, allowing you to track your progress and keep your data long after the program ends.

The six scans included during the program represent $180 in testing alone.

How Scoring Works

Unlike traditional weight-loss challenges, The Committed measures overall fitness and body composition, not just the number on the scale.

Your progress will be tracked using the InBody Score.

What is the InBody Score?

The InBody Score is a comprehensive measurement that reflects your overall body composition and fitness level.

A score of 80 represents a body where weight, muscle mass, and body fat are all within the healthy standard range.

Scores can increase or decrease depending on changes in muscle and body fat.

Muscle Gain

If your muscle mass exceeds the standard value (100%), your score increases.

1 point is added for every 2.2 pounds of muscle above the standard level

The more muscle you build, the higher your score can climb—often exceeding 100.

Body Fat

Body fat outside of the standard range reduces the score.

1 point is subtracted for every 2.2 pounds of body fat above or below the standard

This scoring system rewards balanced, healthy body composition, not extreme weight changes.

Tie Breaker

If participants finish with the same InBody Score, the winner will be determined by Grip Strength Improvement.

Grip strength is measured using the InGrip strength analyzer and compared using a bodyweight ratio.

This provides a reliable measure of true strength improvement relative to body size.

$1,000 Grand Prize Pool

Participants will compete for $1,000 in total prizes awarded at the end of the program.
